Introduction to Chinese Reading Database

This database is made up of titles, summaries, and quizzes for the books that are a part of the Brigham Young University Harold B. Lee Library Chinese Reading Project.  The books are divided into levels 1, 2, and 3, and a summary is provided for each one to help you choose a book that interests you.  The books can be found on the Chinese Reading Shelves located on the fourth floor of the HBLL in the Asian Collection area.

After you read a book, find it on the list provided for each level, take the quiz, and have the results sent to your Chinese teacher.  The books can be checked out at the circulation desk on the main floor of the library.

Of course, if you are not in a Chinese class and would just like to read the books and take the quizzes to check your comprehension level, you are welcome to do so.
