Summary: A collection of six stories regarding dragons. Each story is associated with a Chinese idiom (chengyu), and is followed by and explanation and example for how the idiom is used. The first story explains the differences between the nine dragon sons of the dragon king. Second is the story of Ye Gong, who loved dragons more than any other man. Third is the story of Zhu Ping Man, who learned the art of killing dragons. Next is the story of Zhang Seng Yao, whose dragon paintings were so real they came alive. Fifth is the story of the Ma family, who was so respected that the line in front of their house of people and cars wanting to offer presents had the appearance of a dragon. Last is the story of the fish who first jumped through the dragon gate and became a dragon.
